Chase Recruitment are working in partnership on the recruitment of a Registered Manager for a new Children home based in Nuneaton, North Warwickshire.
Our client provides children and young people with a safe and nurturing residential home where they can work toward reaching their full potential. Their primary objective is to provide high quality care in a warm, and a welcoming and nurturing environment that meets the needs of individual children and young people.

Successful applicants must have:-
- A level 5 diploma in residential Childcare or equivalent (would consider applicants who have commenced study)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager of a children's residential home
- At least 5 years leadership experience
- Successful management of an OFSTED 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children home
- Superior knowledge of care standards including child protection issues
Duties include, but are not limited to:-
- Providing leadership and direction to the Home Managers
- Establishing and maintaining good quality practice in Residential care and education
- Ensure the positive development of staff and young people under your management
- Overseeing staff development and improving the skills base within your team
- Ensure effective multi-agency working with professionals
