Our client is looking for an applicant who has 4/5 years experience working as a Marketing Manager in an agency role and has some experience of managing a team.
The role includes:
- Managing a small team of account managers
- Creative strategy on digital and social media
- Project management
- Budget management
- Key client relationship management
- Appraisals, 1-2-1 meetings and goal setting
- Staff development and training
